tokyo capsule hotelWant to stay in the world’s smallest hotel room? Check out a capsule hotel next time you’re in Tokyo!

Guest rooms, often described as being coffin-like, have just enough space to sleep and sit. Bathrooms are communal and each guest is given a locker key to store their belongings.

While most capsule hotels cater to Japanese businessmen who have missed their trains, there are some hotels which offer women-only floors.

If you’re traveling on a budget or simply want the capsule experience, these type of hotels offer very affordable accommodations at $25-50 per night. A bargain for Tokyo.
